In 2025, I’ll be offering empowering workshops designed to support women at every stage of their journey—from teenage girls to adult women.

Whether you're struggling with body image issues, self-esteem struggles, self-doubt or seeking more confidence in your relationships, my workshops are tailored to help you grow into the woman you’ve always wanted to be.

Adult Women

As women, we’re often conditioned to downplay our worth and settle for less than we deserve. We have been brainwashed from a young age to question our worth, judge our bodies and be the ‘good girl’.

My workshops for adult women will empower you to confidently communicate your needs, date with clarity and make healthier relationship choices.

We’ll also focus on holistic wellness—prioritising your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being so you can show up as your best self in all areas of life.

Teen Girls

Navigating the world as a young woman presents unique challenges. As a PDHPE High School teacher, I have witnessed the negative self-talk, the anxiety and doubt that goes through teenage girl’s mind.

In these workshops, we'll focus on building unshakeable confidence, fostering healthy self-talk and embracing body positivity.

You’ll learn how to set boundaries, communicate your needs and silence the inner critic that keeps you from achieving your true potential.
